• proxy abuse services;
• cryptocurrency mining services;
• excessive resource-consuming applications that negatively impact other customers.

9. Email Abuse

Customers must not use our systems to:

• send spam;
• spoof email addresses;
• distribute malware;
• bypass anti-spam protections;
• conduct email harvesting.

10. AI Services

Customers must not use AI-powered services provided by We Catch It to:

• generate illegal content;
• create harmful or malicious software;
• impersonate individuals for fraudulent purposes;
• create defamatory material;
• generate unlawful or discriminatory content;
• spread misinformation knowingly.

AI-generated content remains the responsibility of the customer before publication.

11. SMS & Telephone Services

Services such as Smart Receptionist and Missed Call Text Back must not be used to:

• send unsolicited SMS messages;
• harass individuals;
• impersonate businesses;
• breach telecommunications regulations;
• conduct telephone scams.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consent before sending automated communications.

12. Website Security

Customers must not attempt to:

• bypass security controls;
• gain unauthorised access;
• attack our infrastructure;
• interfere with our servers;
• test vulnerabilities without permission.

13. Resource Usage

Customers must not intentionally consume excessive server resources in a manner that:

• degrades service for others;
• causes instability;
• creates denial-of-service conditions;
• places unreasonable demand on shared infrastructure.

Where excessive usage occurs, we may recommend upgrading services.

14. Third-Party Services

Many services integrate with third-party providers including:
